It fits well just the motion tracking was a bit off. I'd say it would be better off if you had a stand in to give you a crop over reference film the shot twice once with the actors there and then again with no one there to give you a overlay that you can use to properly edit in the creature effect. It was a little shaky, and the timing was off but considering what you where working with as a source I'd say you did fairly well. So I give you props for getting it that well. Shadow was a good touch
read more about compositing objects , study the light and animation , dont forget the textures , its ok we all make mistakes , but we should learn from theme , good luck

It needs better tracking; the dinosaur's feet don't stay on the ground. The lighting is also off, although the shadow is nice.
