I'm in the white clean up truck going down the backstretch at 7:02 . I miss that ole half mile. Note top 5 were 25 - Richmond, 3 = Earnhardt, 75 - Ruttman, 43 - King Richard, 12 - Bonnet. Only 8 cars on lead lap. 10th was 3 laps down.

Yes thank you. It is September 7th 1986 to be exact. I thought it was 1986 but then a history of Television programs for Nascar listed it as 1987. I checked driver histories to find the right date.
