My aspiration for GI Joe Rise of Cobra is outstanding to say the least. The film was first released in 2009 with little to no fan fare. A few years later and folks are saying it was much better than what critics had mention. Anyway I do not have the DVD or Divx file on my computer therefore I decided to view the trailer to remember all the good scenes.

Now here is a movie that desperately needs a reboot. If I were to do it, I'd have Duke as an established Joe, show GI Joe being formed after WWII, (with Duke's great Grandfather as one of the founding members.) bring in the Oktober Guard, (post Soviet Union,) and keep Cobra Commander's identity a secret. Also, no romance between Duke and Baroness.
