  • stop saying all this crap about steroids and how dangerous they are, go on a marijuana video and complain there considering that's the number one drug of choice in America, and steroids does not show up on that list either.. these guys worked there butts off with extreme diets, hitting the gym 2-3 times per day, and unbelievable discipline all around, they deserve more respect then what you guys give them.

  • @AndyHarglesis You don't understand steroids. People fear what they don't understand. Steroids are not a drug you just take and suddenly are at the peak of humanity. You have to still work your ass off to see results. Usually steroids are used by professionals when they have peaked physically and biologically and then use to overcome those barriers.

    Wow, do your homework. There has NEVER been a death reported directly linked to steroids. I'm not a fan of using roids, but you need to do your homework.

    Check out the video bigger, faster, stronger.......it will give you an idea into what i'm talking about. Also, people who do steroids don't just get a great body all of a sudden, they have to work extremely hard for it, and harder than most people. OWNED!

  • I never really liked the "no thumbs" grip that Arnold always used for bench pressing. He benches that way because that's something he picked up from Reg Park as the theory is the pecs get more tension and the brachialis do less work. But it feels uncomfortable.

    the "no thumbs" is the only way i use for bench pressing. I have to say that i do not regret it.

  • there are 3 plates each side they are all 45 lbs each plate, bar is 45 lbs it is 315

  • im 86 -87kg and can bench 150 kg for 6 reps!!

  • haha wow.... 4 plates is 405 all together... 5 plates is 495... bar weighs 45 pounds as well... do the math and also learn to lift cuz if you lifted every1 knows 2 plates it 225 1 plate is 135 3 plates is 315 4 is 405

  • ok those are 45 plate and there is 4 of them plus the bar which is 45 so 5x45= 225 not 310, thats not enough weight to make a youtube video buddy

    but umm. dont max so much. it's not good for you. just do a lot of reps for your workout and max every 4-6 weeks. the weight will add up.
