yeah i first went for horton but then i found out that he is too serious so i let my friend who was also going for horton go for it. I then found out the Cat was perfect for me i auditioned, git a callback and then nailed the callback to get the Cat and my friend also got Horton

that's so nice of u! i'm sure u'll do great! the director for our play never picks the parts fairly...so i'm so fortunate i got the part....the director pics either her daughter's friends or people who's parents help...and im neither so im so lucky! even though i've been in about 15 plays (city and school) compared to most of the people's 4-5 plays...i still wouldnt have gotten the part if i didnt rock my audition and call back! lol!
