Thanks! I use a mic (shure sm-57) plugged directly to computer, that is playing the backing track. I record while I'm playing, adjust the levels (BT and guitar), sync the video, and render in wmv format.
Wow, that is the tone! Are those the stock potted Burstbucker 1 and 2s? I just bought a used R7 this week and if you tell me those are Burstbuckers, I'm keeping mine in the guitar. : )
Nice playing. One annoyance...the adverts on your videos (monetisation) Do you actually earn any money from this as I suspect most people (including me) simply click the cross to make the advert go away and never follow the advert link. It's such a shame that an otherwise excellent video is ruined by intrusive adverts.
BluesZep, i am your big fan :) but i want to ask you a question out of the subject..i have 1300$ and i want to buy Gibson ES 135. and it has P90's pickups..can i play blues and jazz with it? and can it handle overdrive for a little harder blues? thanks in advance man, you just rock :)
@UnceBobTouchedMe That guitar should easily handle both Blues and Jazz, and a bit of overdrive as well. But I guess it will feedback easier, the more drive you throw at it.
@BluesZep Where did you get the backing track for that? I love your tone and your just playing enough notes to make sense, not blazing over a ton of notes to be flashy. Less is truly more and your doing it perfectly, keep it up.
Quais são os captadores nessa guita? Ótimo timbre!

Hey man, Killer playing. I've got a crazy question for you. Are you just running the amp trough your computer w/ a backing track on top of it???

Very tasteful! Reminiscent of early Clapton-esque, bluesbreaker, woman tone with your own flavor. Great playing and not overplayed in the slightest.
