  • Nice follow-up video. Thanks for the review.

  • All affiliated with foreigns countries (Italian/Mexican/Russians/Indians) Their service suck!

  • thanks for the advice menn apreciate!

  • I am quite willing to put up with the hassle of Magic Jack. For much of the last eight years I have been without a phone. I had to make a choice between having cable TV, internet, or a phone, because I could only afford one, and the internet won. Now I can afford the internet *and* a phone. I do have some quality issues, like garbled sound if my browser is loading pages, but when compared to $25 a month plus a $55 installation to get phone service from Bell, Magic Jack is the choice for me.

  • he did not tell us about the internet speed he has

  • @gamygaly High Speed Cable!

The phone system worked great in the beginning as my earlier video reports indicated.

The problem is over time the system seems to break down for most people, which included myself.

  • I could not agree with you more. Also, their tech support is a bridge to nowhere. Their useless remedial steps were repeated over and over again with zero results. Those people should be ashamed of themselves. What a ripoff.

  • Guess what I use it works fine never a complaint on a phone call ever had it for a month. I also don't have a old crappy computer I'm not trying to pay crysis on the computer well making phone calls. Its 40 dollars most of you crack heads spend that on your drugs on a regular basis so try it if it works for you great if it doesnt quit your wineing

  • Hmm... That little "Intel Inside Celeron" sticker on the front of your computer in Part 3 explains it all. Your computer was at fault, not the magicJack. The ones who have good quality computers get good service from their magicJack, the ones who have old computers with the terms Celeron (D), Sempron, etc on the front will not have good service. This is because these CPUs are meant for browsing the web. In order to get clear service from magicJack, a minimum of a dual core CPU is recommended.

  • @CubeComputerChannel: I would agree and disagree with this. One would definitely need a capable CPU - the newer the better. I use a DEDICATED low-end netbook running a Celeron 800 with a gig of memory, and it works perfectly because that's all it does. Windows XP, MJ drivers and nothing else. So, because it's a dedicated phone "server", it works great and it's low end. If I had a bunch of background apps running and a web browser open, forget about it!

  • I’ve read lots of post like this, here’s the deal; I had issues with mine right from the start. With 30 years of Dev and IT systems engineering. I had it worked out within 5 minutes. These are the same people who forget to put the silver oxide and a heat sink on the CPU they bought and can’t figure out why it made a huge explosion in their face, then want a refund for a defective product… Magic Jack works!!!

  • 2008 woooo man w in 2011 magicjack is # 1

  • ure a nice guy.

  • Has to do with your internet speed - check you have a compatible router - and perhaps enough hard disk memory to run the program - Majicjack works fine - I have problems with the internet speed that interrupts - is not the phonejack -

  • Your computer must not be compatible - my Magic Jack (with only a few minor problems now and then) Otherwise its a great investment. Sorry you had problems. I run a cheapy Emachine and its been great. Yeah I agree SOMETIMES I get some choppiness but no more than you get when trying to talk to people on a cell phone. I have no reason to believe you're fibbing so I can only imagine its a matter of system incompatibility for some reason or another. Occasionally AntiVirus screws anything new up.

  • The below statement was posted on the MeasuredUp website;

    "Magic Jack Consumer Complaint"

"When there is voice message sitting on my number I am not aware, until i access my email account. Even my device has capability of recording voice message and show indicator which are useless with this service. I am not able to respond the voice messages promptly."

  • @tonydichi: There's a workaround for that. You can modify the user settings so that when a voicemail is received, you receive an email notification with the voicemail actually attached as a WAV file. I use a MJ as a business line and this works well. I check my work email first thing a voila...there's all my messages.

  • @crazyjorge21111 Sometimes it worked great and other times calls were dropped, people who I called could not hear me or vice versa. Sometimes incoming calls went right to voice mail etc. If Magic Jack gets the bugs out for general use situations they will have a great product and be able to charge more for the product.

Until then for some who can tolerate the problems for $20 per year it is possibly rgood deal?

  • woot woot

  • Magic Jack Headlines on HubPages read as follows; " Magic Jack - The Things They Will Not Tell You Before You Buy!!, " Magic Jack - Not A Bad Gadget for Free Calling But Forget About Customer Service if a Billing Error is Made ".

Some people claim that Magic Jack works well while many others have problems. As with any product I recommend that you do your research before you buy.

  • For some people I guess Magic Jack works and for many others there seems to be many various problems!

Go to PissedConsumer for reviews and comments.

  • @tonydichi My apologies, I was thinking of another video.

  • @crazyjorge21111 At the time the video was made I had high speed internet connection that was tested for speed and it checked out OK! Magic Jack works for some while others have performance problems for what seems like a variety of issues that for some reason seem illusive for any single person to describe.

  • us a adsl filter the works.

  • @JediMichael2003 Can you explain more about this ad filter you mention?

  • @tonydichi if U got a dsl line which you hook up a phone line to the back of your modem you need a dsl filter. I have cable and it worked for me just go to Radio Shack and ask for a dsl filter and it should work for you.

  • MagicJack is the worst rip-off I have experienced. It's NOT $20 a year, it's over $40 but that's not the worst of it. It managed to work twice so EACH phone call cost me over $20...Some bargain!

I hate MagicJack....It has only wasted a lot of my time.....

  • @gigirenee415 For some folks Magic Jack works and for many others the Magic Jack performs poorly or not at all.

  • Good review man I was thinking of buy it, but now I don't know.

  • Majic Jack is a fraud. They advertise free calling and its NOT FREE. Read thier terms before you purchase this useless low quality device (SECTION 6 in their terms). My internet speed is 15 megabits/sec yet the voice keeps cutting. They have the WORST customer and techincal support. STAY AWAY! They suspended my account and its irreversible I lost $60 a week after I activated the device :reason: They calim that i made more then 20% calls than the average cutomer. Filing FTC and BBB today.

  • how do i renew it

  • Mine works great. So good I dumped my land line and use the magic jack as my home phone now.

I recommend buying it from a local retailer- Radio Shack, CVS, or any of the other places that carry them- they will give you a refund if it doesn't work and you don't have to mess with mailing it.

  • @libertarian4322 For some people Magic Jack seems to work fine. For the rest of us many problems over time.

  • I got MagicJoke in Jan. of 2010, I am a broke college student, so I thought it was a great deal. Here's the problem....every call I make...and I mean every call I make...gets cut off in 1-2 minutes and I have to call the person over and over again. Sometime after the 5th or 6th attempt to call a person, they can't hear me or there will be a really distracting echo. I went on the MagicJack website to get assistance, and still I encounter the same problems. Personally, I don't recommend it at all.

  • worked like a dream for me.

  • @grapejuicemoose Mine worked fine in the very beginning but as time went on I experienced voice and connection problems.

  • is your internet slow?

  • @lucentmc I use high speed cable ISP

  • HELLO!! Even the best internet service has a break in bits. Depending on the processes running in the background of the computer and your internet speed, you're going have some lag. This is why the reviews are so mixed. Refund part sucks, but you get what you pay for. At $20 a year, I'd take it as a loss.

  • Hello, I thank you for the 5 part video, I have 2 cell phones in the family I recently moved and sometime lose signal in different rooms and I receive a call from work for start times I was thinking about majic jack for just that reason . What do you think?

  • @Davenwhash Fot the first several days my Magic Jack worked fine. After several days I started to experience voice and connection problems.

  • Hello, I thank you for the 5 part video, I have 2 cell phones in the family I recently moved and sometime lose signal in different rooms and I receive a call from work for start times I was thinking about majic jack for just that reason . What do you think?

  • We did a review of it too, biggest problem is the caller ID and you cant transfer ownership, calls were ok, model is from 12/2009. See our video of those issues. Internet speed might be cause of quality. Use internet speed testers before getting into voip.

  • @J4TiDotCom

Let us know after a couple months if it still works great.

  • The user had to give his unit to another magicJack user who had a unit for a year, they still work, one is a year and other is now 4 months old. Im sure some units can fail over time or right away as with any electronics. Lets hear from someone who tried to exchange one.

  • I bought this magicjack almost two years ago because they said as soon as they got Canadian numbers we will be given a local number. I have not been able to use this piece of garbage. The sound quality is really bad and now they want me to pay to get a Canadian number. They have $20 worth of credit in my long distance account and I cannot use this thing to call anywhere. They billed me for the 5 year platinum plan and now they want me to pay to for a new extension after almost 2 years.

  • its just depend on your connection

but they lie it's not unlimited.. cause i already tested it out

    it's a scam

  • Okay Turbo is an idiot. It is no scam and it is unlimited, I've never had a bill or had a disruption for over usage....

  • I just bought one and it works great!

  • I'm glad for you. Mine worked great in the beginning as well.

Please let us know how it works a month from now.

    Thanks

  • I've had mine for years, since before they started advertising. I've never had choppy or spotty service.

  • did u get ur money back

  • @Gripmaster3000 Yes I did get my money back after I wrote to the address in the video.

  • I live in USA and I bought 3 of these for my relatives in the Philippines and all of them worked fine.

  • @swed702 hi.. i'm from the philippines.. I wonder if you're still using your magic jack ? We're planning to buy one.. and after reading NEGATIVE REVIEWS and SOME positive reviews.. I'm having a second thought of having one.. so.. just want to know.. How's magic jack ? Does it really work ? Is it worth it to buy a magic jack ? Thanks .. I'll wait for your reply.

  • @ritsken yes it does really work.Ginagamit ko na for almost 5 years since 2007 and walang problema,Makakasave ka talaga, I bought 5 for my other relatives para sa Pilipinas and so worth talaga. All you need is internet, kung ang internet slow, and reception parang nagsasagarak but that's just normal because if you have high speed internet parang sa kabilang bahay ka klng nagchichika haha.So yea bili ka na,kung may problema ka sa instalation, just email or chachat mo sila sa website nila.

  • @swed702 hi.. nagamit ko na po ung magicjack.. uhm.. do i really have to wait for the confirmation email before using it ? or I mean.. before making a call ? Cause I did try it.. Tumawag po ako to my boyfriend's celphone and it worked kahit d pa dumadating ung confirmation email.. May tanung pa nga po pala ako.. May charge po ba ung pagtawag sa celphone ? is it alright to use magicjack calling from a telephone and calling the other person sa celphone ? Thanks.

  • I had problems with magic jack quality too

  • Magic Jack works Great as long as you dont have cheap internet service I own A business and have 20 lines and call all over never had problems and im selling people websites for a few hun to a few thousand so it has to sound good love it dont know what he is talking about if you have questions let me know

  • i got a ?..dose it have good internet connection? i have cricket internet and its TRASH! to play online games for the 360..and im woundering if the magic jack has better connection than cricket?

  • Had mine for a month now and i love it,No problems,The only down side is having to leave my computer on all the time,But I knew that when I bought it.

  • i got a ?..dose it have good internet connection? i have cricket internet and its TRASH! to play online games for the 360..and im woundering if the magic jack has better connection than cricket?

  • I know this do not work 24/7, but it save me a lots on long distance bill, I call from Vietnam to usa and it does not cost me nothing.

  • mine works great

  • i had mine for a year and it works great

  • I have Magic Jack.. it works great! No problems to report. Very happy.

  • People who have a problem with Magic Jack probably have issues with their PC or Internet.

If you looks at my recent videos, all the calls are done over a Magic Jack, and the sound is tip top, no issues at all.

    Great video dude!

  • ok, my man

To take money back , it 's hard !

Try BestBuys store , it's better deal for return mechandises

  • How fast was this guy's internet connection though? If he's on Dial up of course it's probably gonna suck... I have the Magic Jack and I use Cable Internet and I have no problems at all

  • High speed internet (cable)

  • I didn't have any problem except the echo I can't get rid of that, any suggestions?

  • I had the echo sometimes!

  • i have no problem with my magic jack and my buddy's say its crystal clear on there end and its clear on my end and they say its clearer then my sprint cell phone i have vista 64 on a dual core amd 3 ghz with 4 gb ram and a 30/2 internet connection

  • yes so far we dont have any problem with our magic jack either..you have to take into account this guy made this video basically when the product first came out...its been almost 3 years now and there has been updates to it.

  • Sometimes mine worked fine and many other times I had problems. I just could not put up with the inconsistency.

  • ""Worked" one year ago had mine since inception works gr8 can't agree more with telemarketer torture could b your computrer and phone had bugs in it from siting them in the closet to long lol or they are simply outdated

had initial problemes contacted them on the chat they sent me MJ fix and have had no problems

buy it try it you too will be pleased

  • The telephone I used with Majic Jack worked great on other phone lines.

  • It must be that it works on older comps better.. I have an older comp and it works fine. The buddy that refered me to MJ had a decent setup before but when he upgraded his home office the quality went down hill and he ended up just canceling.

The specs on my computer are

    Windows XP pro 2002 SP2

    Intel celeron processor

    697 MHz

    512 MB of Ram

and my internet is only up to 1.2 MBPS

  • Mine is currently running on an Intel quad core 2.6 GHz machine with 4 GB of RAM and 64 Bit Win 7. It started on a Plll 600MHz with Win XP.

  • what people need to understand about the magic jack is it will NOT work on some computers. I have it installed on a old slow computer, but it works great. then i tried to install it on a new fast computer but it ran so slow that it crashed. also you need fast internet for it (not at&t.)

  • Batterbee2000

can you explain that no AT&T quote?

    cause I have AT&T 6.0 mbps

which is 640 KB/s down 78 KB/s up transfer Rate

and I'm interested in this device

    Thanks

  • what i meant by that was not the 760 Kbps service, but 6 mbps should run it great. :)

  • i've got vonage and I love it

  • I'm gonna try and get it today. Hope it works out for me =]

  • you should refer me..

  • Well unfortunately, I wasn't able to get it. Went to the store and found out the box thing you have to get is $80. Don't wanna pay that much right now. Gonna have to save up a bit more.

  • hey you should call them up instead you get the vonage phone box for free and that is the one with the LCD screen call them and refer me so you can get a good deal. they have excellent customer in fact I had one talk to me for hours about there personal life thought it was cool. they have helped me out so much and you can pre pay the service as well. what's ur number send me in a message and we can talk more about this on the phone ok. my name is justin

  • lol exactly -i just hooked mine up and it kicks ass

  • I got MJ in Korea and it worked fine there. I made a lot of calls back to the US and received calls from there, and it only got choppy if I was watching a youtube video at the same time. Now I'm back in the States and trying to install it on a wireless lodge network, but keep getting the error codes 3 and 9.

  • im not from any company or anything, im from the philippines and i have to tell you that this thing called magicjack WORKS! here's my specs: XP service pack 2, intel core 2 duo, 2GB RAM and an internet speed of 1.5 MB/sec. this magicjack truly works.

  • Did you ever get your money back?

  • Yes, I did get a full refund after I went through my credit card company to get info on the Majic Jack Company such as the address you see in the video above.

  • Rofl "im gonna sit back and watch the rest of this football game" XD oh that was funny!

  • uhm you said the phone you were using was 13-14 yrs old......

  • I tested the phone and it worked fine before using it on the Magic Jack. I use the phone everyday on my vonage line with no problems. The point I was making that the Majic Jack service works on a standard household telephone.

  • i just bought one its better than landline service than i had before i think the problem some people our having is they need to upgrade there internet service or your computer u CANNOT HAVE dailup for those that have that

  • I found after much experimenting that the best way to run MJ is with a dedicated computer. I use an old Pentium 3 with 128mb ram and small HD. It works beautifully with only Windows XP and no other software besides the MJ. No keyboard and no monitor. I use them only to set it up and then run computer only. So get yourself a cheap clean computer. You will have it silently running unaware you're using MJ.

  • sucker!

  • I think your problem is if you was getting choppy quality is most likely due to your internet, either it is not of the best quality service or something on your PC is taking up a lot of bandwidth, you basically cant have much anything going when you use the MJ.

  • Great review.....I had been thinking of getting this. I appreciate your input. You seem like a really nice guy......I guess I will have to pass on the Majik Jack for now.....

  • have you reformatted your computer yet?

cause it installed spyware and adware on your computer and it is keylogging your computer and taking stuff from it

  • Do you think it is actually keylogging? The computer is no longer in use. Keylogging is when they record all your key strokes?

  • exactly

  • There is no spyware or keyloggers in the MJ software. What an idiot, even for a teenager. No Tony it was not logging anything and as for the cdloader, it goes dormant and does not even start if the MJ is not plugged into the USB.

  • It's funny, when you buy the MJ at the bottom of the packaged in small print it states, "You just got Magic Jacked"....? hahaha....'Jacked'....lol...

  • My Magic jack works perfect. A older machine of mine did have issues at first so I bought a powered usb hub and that fixed it.

  • Comment removed

  • Jerry, thanks for the insult. Since you admit to only "average" knowledge, you wouldn't grasp the details re: PC configurations, protocol layers, etc. Nor did you spend over an hour on an IM window with the useless Magic Jack "help." There are lots of reviews online with widely varying results. Jerry, do you work for Magic Jack trying to spam the reviews? For everyone else, watch out for embedded protocol issues. Buy at your own risk. Jerrys personal insults wont help.

  • lol

  • Have had it for 1 year, works great, even when traveling overseas.

  • We have used Magic Jack for two months. If you actually WANT a telephone, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. This is the most blantant ripoff since the VEGA automobile. Good luck getting the money back. We've waited almost a month.

  • Oh and now Radio Shack sells them for $40 + tax = $43 bucks and you have 30 days to try it take it back to Radio Shack for a full refund! So buy it there and not from the website....

  • i just heard its at best buy too.

  • Soon it would be at Frys as well.... But if you're thinking of replacing your entire home telephone service I would suggest you get OOMA core system. Its perfect one time fee for Unlimited Domestice calls with all the bells and whistles for free for life! Its kick's Vonage voip ass! Oh and with OOMA you don't need a computer turn on just your internet modem.

  • Magic Jack works with computer always on and u must download the upgrade program software to fix the bugs that older users experienced before. Now to solve the always on pc thing and save money on electric bill, I bought a mini laptop of 7in screen, so small that it hardly uses energy for about $160 with screen off and using a DSL spliter my Magic Jack works great. Top quality voicemail and options. One thing only, you get new number and Caller ID only displays number not names! But it works!

  • Anyone who's thinking of buying a MJ should look into getting OOMA instead. With OOMA theres no software to download so it doesn't slow down your computer while on the phone. Plus you dont need to have your computer on 24/7 like MJ. OOMA also actually has live cutomer support you can contact if you have an issue unlike MJ.

Trust me, I've tried them both and OOMA is a far superior product in every way. The call quality with MJ is hit or miss. OOMA prides themselves on fantastic call quality.

  • I have one. It works perfectly fine. Incredibly well actually.

  • you are lucky.

  • i have alot of problems with my magic jack. how ever it does work fine at times. i think if u had a top of the line computer and high speed cable connection it would work better. 40 bucks for a year. tight wads

  • lol

  • i had my majic jack going on 2years and i love it. must b computer issues. no dropped calls, now noise, ect

  • Word of advice: DON'T BUY IT!

I'm going to talk to my husband about going back to our old phone service. We were trying to save money, but it's not worth the headache.

Once again...it's a piece of JUNK

  • Get your husband to clean all the porn related viruses off your computer and it works fine. I love mine. Get him a separate machine for the porn that is not plugged into the MJ.

  • The "Magic" jack is horrible. Everyone that I know who uses the "magic" jack said that it's horrible as well. I wonder if the ppl who give positive reviews of it work for magic jack.

Here are the issues I have with Magic Jack:

    1) Shoddy audio quality.

    2) Calls drop

    3) Will not dial out at times.

All of the above issues happen OFTEN. & I have a GREAT computer & internet connection, so don't blame the issues on my computer or internet connection. It's just a piece of JUNK

  • depends what kind internet service you have, and your security system...

    one love!

  • I got one. It works great! No dropped calls. Great sound. I found out one thing though, you have to have a good internet connection and a modern computer. And not have your computer clogged up with a lot of junk to slow it down. I'm very happy with it.

  • You sound just like the person at magicjack who could not get mine to work. the magicjack is simply one persons attempt to take advantage of the average joe' s efforts to save money in a bad economy by selling us his version of snake oil and rebranding it "the majicjak". . DONT WASTE YOUR TIME dont believe the Magicjack employeers online they are paid to.say they love it

they took my money and have not refunded it after 4 mths and wanted to charge me for a replacement,

  • I don't work for Magic Jack. I work for a trucking company. And altough mine works great, yours may not. A lot depends on your computer, and your internet connection. If you have your computer clogged down with a bunch of junk and/ or it's a slow one, or your internet isn't that good, Magic Jack won't work. I have 3 gig connection, a damn fast computer, and it works fine for me. It will never be better than the good old land line, but for the price, it's ok.

  • The Majic Jack is a piece of junk. Spotty service, dropped calls, loses dial tone frequently-no customer support. This product is a scam--do not be fooled by 19.00 per year. Do not waste your time and money---it's that bad--!!! read a lot of online reviews--all similar_Majic Jack sucks.

  • you kinda sound like john lock from lost haha.

    good vids thanks.

  • I experienced a lot of breaking up with Magic Jack and the sound quality was terrible! There are so many other FREE VoIP services out there, with customer support. We got free unlimited calls to US & Canada for our business with fastmetrics managed voip.

The important thing was, the quality of sound was great and they have 24/7 tech support, if needed.

  • FIFTH & FINAL VIDEO REPORT "Review of Use" is now on You Tube! PLEASE VIEW Video # 5 before you make a purchase decision on Magic Jack!

    I hope it helps!

  • It works for me

    I have TW cable internet.

  • Thanks for the 5 vids...I'm not getting it now for sure. Seems like a real piece of garbage. I used to have Vonage and it worked great, I only dropped it because we only use cell phones now.

  • DO NOT BUY. DO NOT BUY. DO NOT BUY.

I bought one a year ago. It didnt work. Tried again yesterday and today to see if theyd fixed.

I have been in IT and telecom for 30 years.

Would not install. So-called help chat took endless time and recommended root level system/driver mods that were sheer lunacy.

The only thing MAGIC about this JACK-OFF product is that nobody has sued them yet for false advertising.

DO NOT TRUST YOUR PHONE SERVICE TO THIS PRODUCT.

  • Baought it, installed it, use it, love it. Was super easy to install and the sound quality from my DSL internet connections is superb. Work well on my PC with DSL and on my laptop (wifi) when I am abroad. Great for my kid to be able to call me on a local number and ring my hotel room in Manila for free. Great product, great value, and great service (live online chat). Could not be happier. Guess everyone has their own experience with the product.

  • You have been in telecom and IT for 30 years and can't get a Majic Jack to work properly?!! Maybe you should retire with these new fangled gadgets popping up now. I am 61 with just an average knowledge of computers and mine works well. I ran a TCIP optimizer and it improved my sound quality (I use my neighbor's wireless connection).

  • Touche'!!

  • That's wo weird because everytime I've had something happen to me I get right on the chat and the issure is fixed within a couple minutes.. I guess everything with MJis hit and miss?

  • wake up americans poeople.

you paid what u get for, so don't complain.

if it is so good to be true and why not all americans willing to buy it? use ur mind will you? and why verizon an at t not out of business? think about it ok.

  • You don't work at Seven-Eleven by any chance? lol

  • you sound like john locke from lost

  • LOL, he totally does. So calm and monotone. I love it!

  • I saw the commercial on magicjack and figured I'd look up a few reviews. Seems like a hit of miss type of thing whenever you want to make a call. My folks use ooma and have never had a problem yet. I've used their phone a few times and it's just as clear as a regular landline. They paid a one time fee of $250 and get free phone service for life. I'm going to get one when my income tax check arrives this year. I haven't seen a bad review on ooma yet.

  • i wanted green bay to win

  • Although it's not perfect, I've had a decent experience with MagicJack. It'll never replace my landline nor cell phones, but it's a nice backup, especially when I travel.

I had a few problems the first night, but after lots of downloading and updating, folks (on the other line) think that I'm on a regular phone.

I would recommend getting it from RadioShack and avoid unnecessary S&H fees.

  • im disapointed =(

  • Classic case of "you get what you pay for". You pay for junk...you get junk.

  • MY MAGICJACK SUCKS !!!!!

  • I have owned magic jack for about a week now and the service for me has been very good not as the guy in the video has said....go figure? I also have Skype....i like the magic jack better works like a real phone call. What he said about returns as far as magic goes seems to be true from what i have read in other reviews....buyer beware but I would say get one you will like it.

  • Thanx 4 the heads-up. If we all could communicate in an unbiased way what a wonderful world it would be . . . at least from a consumer point of view

  • Nice report; very informative while being fair and balanced.

  • i knew it sounded too good to be true.

  • thanx for the review. gosh, i prefer skype instead. so for non-techy people this thing can be tricky... was this hardware requiring installation on XP/Vista? did the manual say it has the Linux compatability

  • Id that tom coughlin doin this video?

  • Who is Tom Coughlin?

By the way Tom Coughlin had nothing to do with this video!

  • Packers SUCK! Nice review. GET SKYPE OUT! U CAN CALL IN AND OUT WITH SKYPE FOR 3 BUX A MONTH DOMESTIC UNLIMITED. GET skype wifi phone.

  • I've heard great things about Skype. But people tell me that like Magic Jack the computer must be on for you to use it and with Skype the other person you call must have a computer turned on?

  • can i make phone calls to puertorico

  • Thanks a lot for your review. It seemed like such a good product right up until the end. Thank you for the heads up.

  • I just recived it yesterday, and it works well for me. No problems for now, my internet is cable, and phone is i think 2 or 1 year old. Sound quality is good. The only thing i hate is that i have to leave my computer on 24/7.
