@IThinkMyNamesTooLong think... if you watch the video at 31 seconds you can tell there was a cut in the video I assume in the interest of Time.. may have cut out 30 seconds or so of spinning down to loose altitude... but with the sport canopies of today.. it does not take long to get to the ground.. most of the time skydivers are opening at about 2,000 to 2,500 feet (sometimes higher or lower depending on the jump) but usually takes 1-2 mins to get to the ground...
