Yes maybe the housing, but humans will always have poverty if there's a money system where someone has more than you and violence can't stop if people's greed and hatred rule them. Western birth rates are in steady decline and world population is expected to peak and then decline naturally by 2050. Starvation and scarcity are generated by a flawed system, not by genuine scarcity. I love Osho, but I'm afraid he has revealed a staggering level of ignorance on a subject that he has no scientific data to support.

There is only the illusion of overpopulation because we live in a global montetary system which causes inefficient use of resources and wealth disparagemnt. The problem is not the population, the problem is the system. I've flown in airplanes and when I look out the windows I mostly see unpopulated, unused wilderness and land. Where is this overpopulation people speak off. We suffer from inefficiency, not overpopulation. Osho is very wise, but he has not delved deep enough into this subject.
