Here's some feature suggestions.

Make them wireless.

Instead of a glove, create a series of velcro finger straps, joined by material that runs over the top of the hand. This way they'll look cool and you can wear them all day.

I think these are far better than the new multi-touch screen technology that is coming out, because not only do you have to reach over to the screen, the screen gets grubby finger marks all over it.

If they can get the price of these gloves down to $200 or less for the pair and make the gloves almost invisible, I think they will take off.

Do you mean a pick and place task? I have video of stacking blocks with another manipulator arm that I can post.

Do you think it would be possible to use these as keyboards? Is that kind of speed possible? Perhaps a virtual keyboard in 3D space could be created that people can type on?

The sample rate for the AcceleGlove is 35-45 Hz which should be fast enough for a virtual keyboard though we have not yet tested this idea.

I can imagine wearing your glove on my right hand to type on a virtual FrogPad style keyboard, while holding a slate PC in my left hand.
