I know some people say that stone cold crazy is the first Thrash song... I don't really agree. But I hear this and it's like listening an early Motorhead...
I really love Roger Taylor's songs...they were so different from what you'd normally expect from Queen, but were still great by themselves. Did he do any solo work? And if he did was it any good?
OfeKool said "it's not the first track of the album...!" referring the 01 that appears on the left of the album name, meaning the number of the album and not the number of the song within the album. And that's a common mistake people do when listening here to Queen's songs.
he's got a superb rock voice he just isn't the type of lead singer for queen!Love the piano in the background freddie never thought anything of his excellent paino skills that's why he didn't play it for some songs brian did!
Roger has such hard rock blood. He has the songwriting skills of a pop-artist, the voice of a hard-rocker, and the drumming of a maniac.

It's funny how thrash is not found anywhere but in metal?Where did it come from?

Yes.

It's weird to hear a Queen song without Mercury's voice in it. This sounds good anyway, sounds like early punk.

In the late 80s, he had his own band called the cross. Google it.
