  • People need to understand that nobody will always have perfect form. With that being said, this guys is terrible, if he hasn't already he will snap his shit up. Sure you may be able to curl a 70 pound dumbbell, but if you look like your giving birth while performing that Rep, it isn't good for you. And why are you working your entire upper body in one day, space that shit out man.

  • 20 years old curling 70 lb dumbbells. haha. Sorry Im 16 and I can easily curl 40. Yeah, sure you can curl 70 with crappy form, put trash your ego of looking good on camera and put on some real muscle 4X as fast doing it right. and you wont get injured doing it right.

  • i am a personal trainer and you are lucky your not in the hospital yet for back injury you should go to your local training facility and get some lessons because this is just a horseshit excuse to say your strong.also if you lowered your weight and corrected your form your arms would actually look strong and defined bc as far as i can tell i dont see any muscle definition in your arms for doing that much weight

    lol I'm not a hater. Haters just spit random nonsense that has no backing. I'm telling you your form is bad, trust me. You WILL get better results (stronger, faster, injury-free) if you improve your form. I'm speaking from experience.

    Ultimately, you can choose to listen to me (and research it too) or you can continue this way. Do what you want. Just don't say nobody tried to help you when your body is trashed however many years down the line (and don't blame old age).

If you ask any bodybuilder, natural or steroid user, they will say proper form. I'm not trying to be an asshole, I'm just being honest.

    your only hurting yourself and your biceps, your putting to much strain on your shoulders and not enough on your biceps, try to only move your forearms and keep your elbows at your side.

    Your hips and knees should have no movement.

    One more thing, use less dumbells, standing press, olympic curls, and bent rows.

  • Nice work mate. However, you perform some exercises quite recklessly and this won't help you stay injury-free in the long run. You 'd better study these exercises a bit more and make some changes in the way you perform them. Also, good music provides good motivation, but try to keep things under control and don't get over-excited by the music while exercising.

  • If your form "gets shitty" you're not doing it correctly and you're going to damage yourself. Seriously, get this CORRECTED or you're in serious risk of many health problems. But hey, if you land yourself in a wheel chair, at least you'll have the arms for that. Also, work on your legs, you'll thank yourself later that you did.

  • just saying i do most of what you do and im 17 but i put form first. i think this means i know what im doing more so trust me when i say that at the rate your going, your going to throw your back out by disregarding proper form. theres a reason why someone got paid big bucks to come up with the proper technique to lifting and they are smarter than both of us so do yourself a favor and listen to them. im not trying to be a total dick im just trying to help

HOWEVER this exception only apply to the last reps in a routine focused on gaining strength. Form is always priority one

  • @slyguy1500 When you do the pull ups @ 7:00 you should keep your head behind the bar, that way you don't hurt your muscles, just a suggestion though, because either way still works your lats.

  • Great work out. Should drop some weight though. Cheater curls will only increase strength not size. Plus even doing cheater curls your form was some what off. But good intensity and determination. If you like you should try out a three day cycle. Triceps/chest - Biceps/back - shoulders/leg. 4 different work outs per muscle so a total of 8 different machines/ work outs a day and 5 sets of per work out n 8 to 10 reps per set.

  • Just my opinion, but try slowing your workouts down.. use weight that you can handle. You can obviously lift your 70 lb dumbbells, thats great, but its not doing you any good if you aren't using proper form and all your doing is swinging the weight up rather than isolating the muscle your trying to work. Seems like your the type of dude into body-building, which is great! Theres a method to the madness of this sport however, a little research may do you some good? Again, just my 2 cents..

  • @Tico2858 i do 20 min of cardio, 50 bench dips 2 sets, 45 push ups 2 sets, 100 crunches 2 sets, a similar exercise to the one done at 2:10 (as many as can be fore abs feel like about to fall off). 40 weighted squats holding dumbbells with fingertips (go for lighter weights 6.8 kg) 2 sets, and bench 15 reps with 112lbs (i weigh 130 cuz im a "skinny bitch" :), and end with 100 toe raises 2 sets.
