You can tell people on here know nothing what so ever about boxing if they are impressed by an extremely basic speed bag session. His hands don't look fast at all on here probably due to the bag. See ''Ak47 speed bag'' That guy is pretty insane on the speed bag.

not president but very smart in the ring...sorry bro....but pacquiao is the true pound for pound king and just way better than any fighter in boxing...he is always improving and getting smarter...getting more disciplined...just getting better...he is his own class of fighter...great like henry armstrong or all of the big time fighter back then...god bless manny ..we pray for you...you can't say that manny is a world class fighter and is still improving...this is just his beginning

I think at this point in Manny's career, speed is not the key anymore. He still has probably 90% of his speed as he has moved up in weight. He needs to improve on his technique as his matches with Marzquez has shown.

That hand speed is tremendous. His knowledge of timing is superb. I just hope he gets super fast and plans to knock diaz out. Pacquiao needs to KO diaz to impress and make a successful debut at 135 lbs. lightweight.
