Gun licence (or Prohibited weapon licence), Ammo licence, Shooting licence, Hunting licence, Animal staking licence, Animal Killing licence.

There is no quality control, so the weapons they make may not be able to handle the various powder pressures from the non-uniform, reloaded ammunition they make.
