Um, excuse me, but isn't a genre of music supposed to be defined by the type of music they play, and what sound and feel the music has to it? Music has nothing to do with it. If you found a way to make music sound metal and distorted and grungy by using flutes, then it's metal. These guys are just trying something different, and to me, it's working really well!

Excellent playing, excellent performance but aren't strings sounds better with their classic sounds. I mean as in "Air Raid" video ,it sounds excellent with non-pedal used way playing.
