@jgq85 i can't talk directly about powertech, however on mercanery i tend to do a cast shot a free shot and then some more heat producing skills and then a free shot, using the free rapid shot will give off a little heat while you use it, also when i cast skills that require casting times it reduces a bit so manages it better, so if powertech have a cast time one like that, you should use it
