What is delusional is the idea that any one of us believes that he/she has the answers or knows for certain that a belief is worthless. Each of us finds our own way and if Andreas' painting method does not work for you, then find another. But demeaning what others believe is counterproductive and diminishes you as you attempt to diminish the belief.

By the way, Andreas, the reason people get more cancer (and heart disease) nowadays is not because they're "negative" (what irresponsible crap, to make already ill people feel even worse by telling them it's their own fault) but because modern - i.e. *real* - medicine has made it possible for people to live long enough to get them!
