Many are obviously, conveniently overlooking the fact that the exact criteria used to determine John McCain's eligibility to run for president in 2008 were these 2 factors... That BOTH of his parents were citizens at the time of his birth and that he was born on American soil.

A NBC has no divided loyalties, of separate homelands by parents citizenship. They have a sole allegiance to their country.
