@85ZingoGTR There is no magic in a electric device working under water... Because water it's no a good conductor, by water I mean only water (distilled water) without impurities.

With Water from the grid most likely is to short-circuit your device.

I thought the Oreck would fail the underwater test with its small motor. I was actually shocked that the motor had enough torque to spin underwater.
