Eldar Vs. =I= Battle Report Warhammer 40,000

That was a pretty soft Inquisition list. Arco-Flagellants and Penitent Engines are too unreliable to be worth it, and point for point, Storm Troopers have nothing on Battle Sisters. No surprise that the Eldar won, though I still give props to the =I= player for using such a friendly, fluffy list.

Great video! Could have used a tad more context. Obviously it was a spearhead deployment, but I wasn't sure until the end credits if it was a seize ground or capture and control. Even a flash of the rounds would have helped me see the overarching strategy. I agree that it was great music though. Thanks!

Fritz, if you really are trying to evolve your tactics to the next level why are those dang vipers still in your list. The massed s6 shots from outflanking war walkers must be superior right? And if you really want to add some extra buff into your army why not throw in an autarch on jetbike. I'm surprised the +1 to reserve rolls hasn't pulled you in already.

Well, a farseer is a must playing Eldar for the powers, and my jetbikes and stuff are point heavy so no real points for another HQ. Also, I really don't want the +1 reserve roll- I want my stuff to come on turn 4+ if I could. True on the vypers, I play them for the Saim-Hann fluff since that craftowrld invented them. That said, in my experience they are better then walkers since I can be on either side of the board in one turn by moving fast, walkers can out flank but then they are stuck...

...plus with vypers I can always get a cover save from moving fast, and fly over units to contest. Sucks they they are open topped, but I've learned to make them work. So shotwise the walkers are way better, but the mid level shots of the vypers and mobility works well with my list.

tell him he is right. Ive been playing for the past 10 years, and the bottom line is....if people come in with that attitude...it usually is pretty hard to change it. They either get it or they dont. But honestly i could care less what people think of the game, i like it and i hope one day if i have a kid he or she will like it too (along with hockey hehe)
