Interesting bell-tones. The actual "ding"/pitch isn't very sweet, a little shrill and tinny to my ears, BUT the resonance is amazing. They just don't fade.
I'm guessing this is a 3-4 octave handbell choir. I like how you guys are split into two rows. It'd make sense to have the higher range bells behind the lower range bells. Why? Because of the sound difference so you can hear the lower bells better. But that's just my opinion.
Higher bells can be heard from just about anywhere. Plus the camera operator was sitting really close. I love the video though! :] We play this version much faster.
"Carol of the Bells" (also known as the "Ukrainian Bell Carol") is a Christmas song originally composed by Mykola Dmytrovych Leontovych based on a Ukrainian New Years chant known as "Shchedryk" and adapted into English by Peter Wilhousky. The song is based on a traditional folk chant whose language was thought to have magical properties and to be of prehistoric origins and was associated with the coming New Year in Ukraine before the introduction of Christianity

jeebus...thats slow.....my bell choir played it , diff, arr. more complicated, last year at about 144-160 BPM i forgot....oooo...it gave me the shivers when we played it.
Very nice, Wish the tempo was a bit higher. Also A word the the guy in the bass, not so much wrist movement. Down in that area (C-F3?) you can hurt yourself BADLY if your not careful. From what it looks there was way too much movement, should keep the wrist pretty straight with a forward and back movement instead of the circle.
I think that our choir did this song at Christmas, too. We did it up tempo from this one, though. I have a video from one of our rehearsals up, if you want to check it out.
were playing that in bells at my school and im d natural and b flat and were ringing chimes not bells

this was pretty good. is the tempo down a bit? cause we sing this in a choir and this definitely is slower than we usually sing
