Being a nurse in the ER, I cannot tell you how many people I've seen come in with broken noses, serious eye injuries, cut lips (the shell of the paintball can cut through such soft skin with enough velocity), and even on rare occasions, death. (Only seen this when the paintball entered in through the eye).

So i can assure you, people do play without masks.

however I agree that this is fake. Looks closely and its obvious they are all the same mark copy
