  • @Bigstan1111 Whey protein is the most efficient protein you can eat. You can buy a 5 lb bag at a bulk food store like Costco or BJ's for like $35. That will last you two months if you take one scoop a day. The 2nd most efficient protein is eggs.

  • whats the benefit of breathing out? I'm struggling with arm size growth while the rest of my body is responding great! Trying to figure out where my technique maybe failing during biceps. Triceps is still shaping well.

  • Question... I notice you post most of your instructional videos using cybex machines. Do you believe there's a difference in results when working with cybex machines versus free weights? The argument is that free weights develop muscle better because they require you to use your own strength to support/stabilize them.
