It is trying to be more Christ-like every day. Asking for forgiveness for my sins EVERYDAY. Another integral part of being a Christian, for me, is education. Never stop learning and growing as a human being.

That's limited to a population/species, not bacteria to fish to air-breathing animals to mammals to man. For example, wolves. All dogs are actually wolves, but man has bred them in various ways for various reasons and now they are very different. A GREAT example of localized evolution is the Russian silver fox done for 40 generations over 50 years. Google/check out "silver fox" Russia Belyaev.

The aspect of staying within a species/close special (ie mules), yes. It's usually the Survival of the Fittest principle, and is often easily explained, sometimes not so much. It's why the Galapogos birds had different characteristics from one island to another (certain beaks being better to open certain nuts), why people vary in height due to their being closed off (certain groups are 5ft or shorter). I also believe in most all aspects of evolution, based on the facts.

This is quite interesting. The fact that science looks for life on other planets, means they don't believe in evolution themselves. Did the life on other planets evolve from our monkeys or plants? So why can't humans and any other creatures also be separate. It also depends on how you trace DNA. The program or the DNA itself.

While I personally have never seen a space alien; at least not that I recall; I have seen some aircraft that I truely believe "weren't" from around here. I was in the Navy for 5 years and 4 months; I've been to the Naval Aviation Museum in Pensacola; and the Armament Museum at Eglin Air Force Base; and have seen all kinds of planes.
