@worstwardhoooooooooo A healthy society encourages girls to grow up into nurturing mothers, to raise strong children. Although I agree women shouldn't just be dancers, you're really exaggerating. I say feminism is a disease that sickens society by attempting to disregard nature, blur the gender lines, and encourage women to enter male proffesions, so the state can now tax BOTH genders (50% increase), at the expense of the nuclear family. Also, all rayczm in usa is directed at Whites.
This is not a new concept at all. In ChessMaster Grandmaster Edition Josh Waitskin gives a tutorial on this concept that he calls "The space left behind" and it is just one aspect of being a good player, one thing you should consider each move. It's not like using this will automatically tell you the move to make. Sometimes the space left behind has no immediate significance at all.
This is great. I think many people have been anticipating Maurice Ashley doing a Fritz Trainer video, and we're finally getting it! You gotta love Ashley.
@elbay2 You're right... I did a little research and there appears to be 3 black GM's at the moment. Maurice Ashley from the US, Pontus Carlsson from Sweden and Amon Simutowe from Zambia.
@renumeratedfrog What is the significance of the term "Black" if all three are from drastically different cultures. Race is an oversimplified, false connection between physical appearance and culture. Are any of these individuals of the "Black" or (African American) culture
@sleepyeyeguy Like Ashley himself said, his "race" "matters, and doesn't matter, all at the same time." And also your comment is right (in a scientifical and ethical sense) and wrong at the same time, because racism exists and therefore it is important for the "black" community, to see "black" presidents and "black" Grandmasters - like it is important for women to see women in other jobs than hairdressers and Gogo-Dancers. But whatever: His DVDs are highly recommendable, I own two of them.

This looks like a great DVD. I like the way he breaks down the thought process down like a recipe that all can follow. Maurice is the man!
