This is from The Lost Experience, which was an alternate reality game released by the shows creators between seasons 2 and 3. I've noticed a lot of people calling fake on those videos-I think that attests to the fact that these are rather poorly made and acted, at lease by the standards of the show.

Actually the writers of Lost were really involved in this. Pretty much everything except Rachel herself was confirmed as canon to the show. It was a way for them to explore some of the mythology behind the show that wouldn't be addressed on the show cuz it doesn't exactly affect the characters. What is good acting, anyway? Really. There is always a disconnection, a veil of disbelief between audience and actor. Most people don't even speak in complete sentences. Most people say "Ummm" every other word. The only noticeably bad acting is truly terrible acting. You know, like the supporting cast in a Uwe Boll movie. Her acting isn't bad at all.
