In Mexican wrestling taking off, or losing ones mask is considered a grave, and humiliating experience for a wrestler. Being forced to do so before a foreign, audience, a Japanese audience at that, can only make it worse for the wrestler forced to remove their mask. Typically in these matches, the loser is only allowed to cover their face as much as possible, while removing their mask. I would have expected the same had Baby A lost, herself.

Ah, I see. *nods* I was already aware that the loss of one's mask results in a great loss of face (no pun intended) for the defeated wrestler, but I wasn't aware that covering up one's face afterward was standard procedure. My impression, when I first saw this match, was that Lady Pentagon made use of that towel because she was a heel, sticking to the letter, but not the spirit, of the stipulation. I liked the match itself, but I thought the whole point of losing one's mask is that the loser would have to reveal her identity. Slight disappointment in not seeing that happen, but still quite enjoyable overall.
