Thank you for posting this! I just bought Nocturne because he's such a badass but I didn't know how to jungle well. This gave me the start I needed! (Obviously I'll be practicing in bot games first before trying the jungle in a real game otherwise I'm trolling my team)

@Lucsted Because the camps that are usually stolen are the small ones. the two buffs are usually really hard to steal without having multiple people from their team to help. So clearing the small camps faster while maintaining jungle speed is what makes the route superior than the standard.

please help me. i'm not level 20 yet (and even if i were i have no ip) so i have ZERO runes because i don't wanna waste ip on t2 runes.

i have to go w/ the cloth armor + 3 hp pots because the vampiric scepter will get me killed. i do fine up to small golems, where I b. then i usually i have to hang around base for 10 seconds to get the gold for vampiric scepter. when i go to blue, i kill it but it takes me down to about 1 bar of health. what am i doing wrong? D:

@cookiesui Don't jungle with nocturne. Junglers depend heavily on runes and mastery to be successful. Just lane for now. Jungling doesn't really matter at your level anyway.

I disagree with taking 'Good Hands' over 'Perseverance'. In a 30 minute game, let's say you die 4 times, with a 20 second average death time. Over the course of your four deaths you'll reduce your total death time by 8 seconds. Total. Having extra mana regen, however, could give you the extra mana you need in a team fight to PREVENT you from dying.

@Luffar33n Average game length is 30 minutes. Running out of mana in a team fight is a result of starting the fight at below maximum mana, which is a result of insufficient regen. Boosting mana regen could be the difference between an extra E that would save your life. Reducing death times by maybe 10 seconds at best over the course of an entire game doesn't seem worth reducing something that you are guaranteed to be using the entire game.

21 in utility is alright for nocturne, unlike solo AP carries who really need an escape spell on low cd .I don't see the benefit of lower cd of flash on Nocturne, just because of the frequency of possible ganks (not saying you will never get ganked, just the time between gank attempts doesn't justify 21 utility.)

offensive talents makes for safer jungling because 1 you clear faster and 2) because you kill creeps faster you take less hits from creeps which actually means you stay at higher health

@HalfFilipinoFlip it's not just flash, you also get move speed, longer buffs and more cdr. offense tree is pretty bad overall. if you only go 9 it barely does anything for an ad champ and if you go 21 you are missing out the defensive masteries that are better than most of the deeper offensive masteries.

Now this is High Elo 5v5, in solo que he is fine. His biggest problem there is how easily he is kited, he only has the one slow and if they have a veil he is screwed.
