i want the government to wire tap this! i want one of those after the fact things! why didn't they get a free pass! if it looks like a duck, quacks like a duck, And walks like a duck. It must be a duck!

So lets be real clear about this. Its not illegal to have wire taps without warrents as long as you get the warrent "after the fact". Mueller is saying that they have so many urgent wire taps, that they can't do all the paper work? So again lets be real clear about this. He want's the FBI to be able to wire tap with out warrents and no paper trail!!! I don't like that idea.

What a charade....the feds have never had trouble "monitoring," and getting information. FISA has denied maybe 2 cases at best in over 40 years. The NSA has virtually no oversight at all! What's the real issue here? Read "The Puzzle Palace!"
Good book on the beginning thru the 80's on the NSA program. 7-26-07
