    Looks cool. I{ll try it!

  • If you add a bit of vegetable oil or melted vegetable shortening when you melt chocolate, it will be more spreadable. Dipping, instead of spreading, would make the job quicker. I will check if my grocery store carrys gobo tomorrow!

  • what is a chocolate burdock? It does look yummy but I really don't know what it is. Please make a subtitle in English, please, next time. Thank you so much.

    xoxo

  • have you ever been to an asian market and seen a bundle of these really long (about 1 arm span) brown looking twigs that are flexible? it's that thingy.

  • It's burdock root, easily found in any asian produce market. 1: Cut the root into roughly thirds and peel, wash well. 2: Cut each segment lengthwise into 8 sticks. 3: Coat in flour using a plastic bag. 4: Deep fry in 180 degree (celcius) oil until crispy. 5: Melt Chocolate in a bowl over boiling water. 6: Drain fried sticks. 7: Cover half of each stick in chocolate, and stand as shown in a dish for cooling. Cool in fridge till the chocolate sets.

  • what is it
