I started to test this program today - I work with a guy on a project. This is terrific program, it is nice, easy going and gives so much space fot interaction and communication. Thanks guys.

I like the GTD system but this is one seriously complicated to-do list.

I really like the way this is laid out. It be even better if you could have a node view (like mindmeister or mindomo) as well as the traditional list. That is flip between node or list view quickly so you can go back and forth between "runway" view or "10,000 ft" view.

This is very similar to a system that I created for myself. At first I started with a time besed schedule system. That proved unworkable so I created a system based on objectives. Each day is divided into different periods in which certain tasks are to be completed with the focus being on the day's primary objectives.
