It includes double lift during the start of the trick.

It's easy, because..

As he cuts the deck from faced down to flip-ups, he places the spectator's card at the bottom of the deck, as the only face down card. so, as he takes out, the 2 starting cards. He cuts for the last time, and took out the 10 of spade, it's already in the middle facing down.

Hope it helps people out in making a tutorial and get it featured in his channel!
