I was born and lived in Leyte until I finished grade school. Tuba is a part of our diet. I like the fresh sweet Tuba from the coconut tree. My Nanay love to mix it with pepsi cola. Somehow I am miss my village life.

hahay... kadaghan ug satsat oi... i give these dancers and the choreographer credit since they are able to showcase some aspects of the Philippine Culture. I am not familiar with the dances myself... but I think they are great... Ang kanang sige ug reklamo... maau unta naa mo videos na kamo mismo naa ug mas maau pa ani.. kung wala... ayaw namo ug reklamo... mao gyud ni problema sa pinoy ba...makalagot...

uhum. its the culture of the waraynon. remember? people from Leyte, Samar, and Biliran? Tuba is the long perfected arts of the Leyteños. therefor its a part of our culture. and really thats how we dance. joyful and lively. =)

the story behind the dance is that. when the waraynons drink the TUBA they go boom. wild=) so i think its not a modern dance. thats just how they dance it before
