I've actually bowled at Flaherty's many times in my life. It's a fun, clean place with great owners, great location, and great service. I recommend Flaherty's Arden Bowl to anyone looking for a good bowling experience in the Twin Cities

THINGS TO DO IN A BOWLING ALLEY
* wear golf shoes
* when an opponent is on his backswing, race up and take his ball, run home
* play bocci in the extra lanes
* use a Curling Weight instead
* even if you miss totally--At the top of your lungs scream STEEEEEEEEERIKE
* rent all the lanes, don't bowl
* sit in your lane and heckle others with a BullHorn
* blatenly Underscore yourself, then accuse the other team of cheating
* wear a baseball uniform, bowl sidearm

Even though these are pretty witty suggestions, I would never recommend doing any of these in a public bowling alley.
Q: Why do women prefer sex over bowling?
A: Because the balls are lighter and you don't have to change your shoes
Q: What do me and a bowling ball have in common?
A: Chances are, we'll both end up in the gutter
