@bagiwarrior88 I do say other websites do sell them as well and I only compared the 2 from prices I seen. Saying 300 something isn't clear enough for me to understand when both CPU's were in the 300-400 range.

The fx 8150 gets beat the 2500k in most applications and gaming.And its cheaper.Comparing AMD period to any Intel 2011 chip is also silly.No why its priced that much? Cause amd isnt any competition.If your buying x79 your doing folding, video editing or somthing that can actually utilize that cpu horsepwower. Someone who is buying such a processor such as an extreme edition is probably putting it under watercooling and ocing. BULLDOZER is fail and is no faster clock for clock then Phenom II.
@notree666 The motherboard for an Intel version was over 225$ more then the AMD version so would I want to spend about 150 more even if I wanted the I7 2500? I'm going to say this once if it wasn't for AMD I bet you all Intel CPU's would be over 500$ starting from the weakest ones. AMD has claimed that Intel engaged in unfair competition by offering rebates to Japanese PC manufacturers who agreed to eliminate or limit purchases of microprocessors made by AMD or a smaller manufacturer.
@notree666 Your right its great for muit-tasking but for gaming I haven't seen much of a difference. the over clocking to me isn't important to be honest.
You have placed the ram wrong. its not black-red it has to be the same color.
