@jskhan Je n'ai pas mentionné 370 F, si non 350 F qui est à peu prés 180 C, plus exactement 176.67 C.

Tout à fait délicieux. Si vous "faites attention à votre poids" vous pouvez aussi le cuire en formant une brique de viande dans un plas plus grand. C'est plus sec, bien sur, mais une partie du gras s'écoule sur les côtés...
