Just guessing here, but maybe they were intending that opening OKC shot to go with the Henry comment - referring to the Governor's location.. Now the spelling error...that's just ridiculous - who edited this video anyway?
I think that's a little too generous, the voice over is talking about dividing Tulsa. The spelling kinda makes you wonder about the quality of Dewey's team.

Uh hey Dewey campaign team, the picture at the beginning is Oklahoma City, if you were actually from Tulsa you'd realize that.
