Double counting votes would take fraud on an unprecedented scale. Does Franken's victory margin after recount &canvasing, in any precinct support such a charge?

The double counting happend during the recount, but the main discrepancy is how each precinct counted and not counted votes, republican precincts followed the rules and strickly enforced weather or not a ballot was valid under the law. Democrat precincts did not follow the law and counted everything wheather they were legal ballots or not, this amounted to over 4000 "disenfranchised" voters that their vote did not count because of where they lived, equal protection problem.

I live up here and am following this. Coleman was up over 700 votes, forcing a recount by state law. He's now up only 200. Franken has gained on every recount, and the gains are coming from strongly Democrat counties. More votes have been "corrected" for Franken than all other races at all levels in the state combined...
