True Grit Movie Review from Haunted Flower

First of all, huge fan of your reviews. I think they're spot on. After seeing this review, I wanna give it a chance. It sounds like the movie's closer to the book but not far off from the John Wayne original.

@suavegreek I was surprised it wasn't rated R due to some of the up close violence in the cabin. They could have embraced the violence a little more I suppose, but I've never read the original book and from what I understand, this telling is supposed to be closer to it. Maybe there just isn't that much violence in it? I haven't read it.

Did you like Burn After Reading? Because that is the only Coen brothers movie that people seem to have mixed feelings about. I know I loved it, though
