look, i'm really proud of all you guys and gals and how high you can jump, but i posted this video cuz i was board one day and decided to post a video.
if you want to publicize your high jump achievements in order to get attention, wait till you jump at least 7 feet, then go to a high jump forum start typing.
I think it's funny all these people who comment do are post their heights. Who cares. Maybe instead of watching youtube videos of people high jumping you guys actually go out and practice.
u usually use a spring boards or box bout that height to strengthen ur take off leg...its a good practice tool

yeah without. i came really close to getting 6'8", but my legs nicked it :( oh well. but with the spring board, i've gotten 6'10" i think.
