  • How long did it take you to actually get it straight ? I'm in dance and I obviously know how to do a scorpion it's just the process of getting it straight ! Any tips ???

  • i can do a straight scorpion but i dont hav a flexible back and i cant grab my nee cuz my leg will bend so i hav to grab my foot and pull it up

  • i used to be able to do a straight scorpion but didn't stretch it enough and lost it :/ now whenever i stretch it i start toeing or going onto the side of my foot any tips to aviod that? oh and btw loved ur tutorial its really helpful! :D

    hold a rope with both hands and roll your shoulders so that the rope will go behind you. i know this explanation is a bit confusing but i hope it's understandable.

  • I'm a natrual, flexible girl. My legs are extreamly flexible, I can go down in splits both ways without any warmups, I could easily do a scorp/spike if it wouldn't be for my "stony back". It's not flexible at all, I can do a crappy bridge, but my hands and feet are a bit far away.. I've heard that the only way to improve your back-flexibilty is to train your bridge, but it's not really helping! My coaches gave me some instructions to bend back while in splits... Are there any more tips?

  • i learned to do that when i was three, then stopped cheering for about a year.. thats the only technique i lost , i just started again this year and got it back in about a week thanks to youu ! <33 by the way , your splits are amazingg ! <3

    ahah just breathe a lot!! if you do them regularly you'll see that after a while they won't hurt anymore.

  • I have cheer tryouts next monday and I am so nervous! I Can do a round off back handspring ( working my back tuck) and I 'm good with tumbling, i am basing and i can usually base a full or extension and a twist down ( i can't quite base a lib yet perfectly) I can do a pretty good toe touch and a ok hurdler i can do splits and was on competitve dance teams, are cheer dances different ? Do you think i can make it? any tips?

  • really good tutorial do you have any stretches for bow n' arrows cuz i can pull it right next to me with right and do it like perfect but i want to learn it with left so any stretches to learn that quickly other than splits cuz im like an inch away from the floor in my left split but i can't pull my leg up to a bow n' arrow :( so do you have any tips on that? cud you make a video? cuz this one really helped!
