b) if you got a sale date, file for an INCOMPLETE bankruptcy :), that will stop teh sale again and give you at least 4 to 7 months.

c) after the banks admitted that they submited false documents my friends, save some money for a class action suit, its comming and very soon, ans there you will make some extra money.

my husband and I have 0 credit card debt. Because we never borrowed money. If anyone gets a bail out, do we get a bonus for being financially responsible???? At the height of the market, late 06....my house appraised for 550k. I refinanced, I owed 90k I saw this crash coming and just refinanced my original 90k. House value today 290k.

I was responsible and now I am the one getting screwed...

So much for being a responsible citizen.. I have 60k in credit cards from all these bailed out banks..which should all be maxed out in a few more days...lol....Thats my bailout.

What i fail to understand is why we the taxpayers did not receive loan forgiveness when banks were gifted our money in TARP. I also fail to understand why usa banks have not reduced homeowners mortgage rates to 2% as was done in the UK which stopped the forclosures and established a bottom for home prices
