there's a little japanese fastfood restaurant that i go too just for their coffee jelly. thanks to you, I can now do this at home! And I will definitely try it with tea! For those who wanna try it with milk, I suggest making it part of the 3 cups of hot coffee/tea so the proportions stay the same. By the way, the japanese place serves theirs with a swirl of chocolate syrup on top of the whipped cream...^_^

Coffee Jelly is the best Japanese treat ever. I like it best with unsweetened coffee and a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Super Yummy! Great Video.

@Flatchlenter I think as long as you don't put acidic stuff into the mix it'll be fine. I remember jello boxes saying not to put pineapples and stuff because it'll prevent it from setting properly I think it had something to do with the acid? Milk will probably be fine. Hmmm creamy jello.
