Faking an actual video by putting in a bear, or putting in the cat and having them react to each other, this precisely is EXTREMELY difficult. It is clear from the "kissy noises" for lack of a better term, that she is trying to coax the cat back in. And you can also tell she is initially anxious for the cat, and only begins to find it funny when it is clear the bear is actually scared of the cat. You can tell by its body language that it's trying its best to avoid the cat when grabbing the rubbish. I would probably have laughed too. I looked for the whole story behind this, and apparently what happened was that the bear got too close to the cat ("mimine") and her recently born kittens. Even though the bear was really just after the garbage bag, the cat probably assumed that her babies were in danger, so she chased the bear away to protect them. In that context, the clip makes a bit more sense and that cat seems more reasonable. We just can't see the maternal instinct from that camera angle.
