What will be in beta 3? Will there be missions, pedestrians or trains from GTA SA there is already a driveable train mod for GTA IV so just the models need to coverted and the way trains spawn slightly altered (if possible without accses to source code)? It would be great to see all these features. Rated video five stars (Liked video).

Well i installed it, i have GTA IV 1.0.4.0 , have Graphics card of Nvidia GT 520 M 1 GB , and GTA IV runs smoothly, i use razor crack, and while opening this game, a black screen comes up and then automatically, a dialogue box comes up saying, GTA IV stopped, windows checking for solutions, plz help me, its win 7 , :'(

Yes, this mod is all about adding the SA map with most of its features like vehicles and radio stations into the R.A.G.E engine, most commonly known in GTA 4.
