Actually Belly Dancing is for women of any shape and size.

I am a Belly dancer and also a skinny person, (but not bone thin). And to be truly honest I think women who are bigger then me (in ANY weight) make belly dancing look so increadibly beautifull and make it look a heck of alot better the skinny girls. You should watch 'On Chunky Belly Dancers' from SuckLead she makes an excellent point on and for belly dancers.
