What's the big deal in frying noodles man? What you're trying to show??? 10 mins annoying video, you're just jumping around the two stoves frying noodles and veg! Are we supposed to be impressed with that or what??? What are you teaching in fact??
Hey!!!! I enjoy pretty much to see you chef, in action! Is inspyring! I love to cook, and I´m sure i would enjoy to cook in a restaurant kitchen I WISH YOU THE BEST SUCCESS!!!!
Talking about MULTI TASK I'm serious, I have never seen anyone get in the kitchen and make CHOW MEIN for a bunch of people like YOU in a matter of time....
assuming i could afford the ventilation system to have a high powered wok burner indoors at home does the kitchen need to be a minimum size for safety? im interested in having a high powered wok burner ventialtion system installed at home the same as what the restaraunts use but im affraid the do gooder rules will prevent this due to it being a domestic house. as long as you have the forced air ventilation system it would be perfectly safe
hello, I like your videos and keep up the good work! I hope you open your restaurant pretty soon. I'm curious as to where you are in this vid, since I hear someone speaking spanish. thanks!
@stevenmix00 In Chinese cooking one doesn't use fish sauce, that's mostly for Thai, Laoatiion and Philippino cuisine and the chef is Philippino because I can hear him speaking it. So, these are not authentic recipes but the chefs own twist on it or probably the way they make it in the Philipines.
I am in awe at your energy and enthusiasm. You are a MASTER CHEF, and have complete mastery of your craft. Great to watch, and to see how well organised you are.
It must be fun to be working with you - funny guy with a lot of energy. It must be hard to work your job for 8 hours straight with constant stirring action, yet you do it with so much enthusiasm.
@Devotion2Mary i really want to make more video but im too busy right now.. and i am planning to have my own restaurant, so when that happen i am sure that i can make more videos though.. :) thanks for liking my videos..
It's a test for a chef. The cooking must be done over a high flame and the stirring must be done quickly. Not only must the ho fun be stirred quickly, it must not be handled too strongly or it will break into pieces. The amount of oil also needs to be controlled very well, or the extra oil or dry texture will ruin the flavor. Because of these factors, this dish is a major test for chefs in Cantonese cooking.
Brilliant !! a joy to watch and all respect! I cook a lot of Asian foods but to see it done on this scale with this amount of confidence is truly brill. Unfortunately here in the UK most of the takeaways serve up pre cooked on mass bought in dishes that are just re heated and sold on with their own little twist, it really is so obvious , when you buy say a beef chow mein it is exactly the same wherever it is bought in the U.K. Just that the cooks give it their own little touch.
ang chowmien po ay egg nodles, un po ay parang pansit canton o pansit mike saten. ang chow fun naman po ay rice nodles.. parang pansit bihon sya kason palapad ang nodles nya...
chow fun and chow mein happens to be my two favorite fried noodles! however, i didn't know the ingredients used in both dishes are quite similar! Thanks so much! so happy i came upon this video!
it looks like you're a chef for a cruise ship? looks like a buffet in the background. Great cooking skills though, you know how to make it fun! ang galing!
No, you need to know what ingredients to use and how to use them. I love cooking, but my noodles today turned out crap. That's why this video was great to see, I'm gonna try this recepie tomorrow.
GREAT COOK LOVE THE DISHES VERY EASY TO WOK... BUT I THINK YOU SHOULD NOT BE EATING OVER THE DISHES. NOT HEALTHY
