you do not have to do anything to pass a drug test for weed but stay clean for a month or 2. I smoked for years an everyday toker. been clean for a month took test two days ago and guess what? Test in about 10 days. My plan is 2 45min cardio sessions a day along with my regular workout with 50mg of Ephedra each cardio session (been using Ephedra for years). 1.5 gallons water a day, 6 Cranberry extract pills a day, alot of 100% pure Cranberry juice per day. Besides DNP & T3 (Cytomel) there isn't a more effective fat burner out there. Also after doing cardio DO NOT eat for 20-30min...your body is still in fat burning mode. @shockrock3 sounds like it should definately give you a head start. I had better luck with a kidney and liver detox kit, then with cranberry juice, as the kidney detox makes you drink 2 to 3 times the amount of water (I think I averaged 16-28 glasses a day) just to flush out all the toxins.

A high fiber intake is good as well, both water soluble and non-water soluble...like oatmeal, oat bran, fruits and veggies. Burning all the fat from the cardio is a suoer benefit as well.

well i will be completely honest with you the drugs tests p/os give you are pretty stiff they look much closer then normal ones do i mean they will know if you tried to drink too much water or what ever but my advice is to run your ass silly to sweat it out keep downing the Nicene lots of water until the morning of then just have a good piss before you leave to take your test and have 1 glass of water before you leave hopefully you will be good and should be good anyway with only four hits
