The best game in my opinion is Reshef of destruction, it has a bigger adventure feeling to it, tag force it small with crap duelists. But it is good if you want to learn syncro and tuner monster stratagies.
reschef is pretty old, and its other gameboy game, sacred cards, were pretty terrible. they follow the ruling of the old school yugioh, which is fine if the real game is too complicated for you, but the gameplay is just boring and terrible. more often than not the opponent would just put their monsters in defense mode and that's it, attack and win.
Hey there. It all comes down to a matter of console preference. So far the yugioh games are all on handheld, which means you need to pick either PSP or Nintendo DS. If you got the money, you should play both. As of today, August 8, 2010, the best yugioh game on the PSP is Tag Force 4. The best yugioh game on DS is 2010: Reverse of Arcadia. The DS version came out later, which means would have more cards. Unfortunately it doesn't have ALL the cards that Tag Force already has....
If you are looking for "some" recent new cards, go with DS. If you are looking for fast paced with right away deck building gameplay then Tag Force is for you. A duel on DS gives you about only 100 points which is how much a pack would cost. But on Tag Force, a duel can give you 1000 points, which let's you buy BOXES. Packs, or Boxes.... you decide.
A new Tag Force for PSP is coming out. If you are a yugioh fan and can wait for it, go for it. Tag Force 5 WILL NOT disappoint you.

I can't say the same for the difficulty in any yugioh game but so far the new tag force games will have computer opponents with sick, surprising, and awesome decks that most real life people would want to use. The new tag force 5 is coming out on 10/26/2010. 300 hours of gameplay, yea it's sick and addicting.
You might wanna use gamefaqs for this. I can't help you because i don't remember how but the best i can tell you is to keep dueling the people many times until you unlock the next level. Some of them require you to win like 10 times before the next level appears.
"You can only activate this card by paying 1000 Life Points while there are 15 or more cards in your Graveyard. Both players swap the cards in their Graveyard with the card(s) in their Deck. Then, shuffle the card(s) in each new Deck, and put it on the Deck Zone."
It basically means both playeres switches their library cards with graveyard cards but because opponent has no cards in graveyard, after activation of this card, their library becomes 0 cards.
Apparently, from the looks of it, cathedral may be also banned in the upcoming 2008 ban list. Even though cathedral has not come out int he U.S. yet, I guess konomi has realized how powerful this card could get so decided to ban it.
This video has some mistakes, like an extra reckless greed, and i put dark mimic level 1 instead of 3. Either way its the same but if not OTK the lv3 can net me a draw.
@pnub12-ban list is removed after you have gotten all cards in the game.

Exactly, they put Relinquished in a Pegasus deck and then after you buy the deck later you find out Relinquished the best card in that deck is banned
