dude, dont even mention grout. im in receiving, grout comes on the truck on a big pallet with different kinds stacked on top of each other. heres the problem. grout is a crossdock, and we have to scan EVERY different kind in...that means rippin that thing open and restackin it...takes about 20 minutes. gahh
